Once you’ve signed in, you’ll then have to set up an account, picking a username and password. Once it installs, you’ll have to sign in, which you can do by signing up with an email address or via a number of sign-in services. It’s also available for Android and iPhone. PicsArt is available as an app for Windows 10, so you’ll have to download it via the Microsoft Store.
